You become impossible to ignore in the rooms that decide what happens next.
I'm Meghann. Indian-Australian. An Executive and Communications coach, backed by a Master's in Communications and twenty years in corporate communications supporting CEOs and executives across global financial organisations.
For most of this, I built visibility for everyone but myself. The barrier was never skills. It was the cultural story we were handed about who gets to take up space. Once I understood that, I stopped shrinking and started leading as the real me. Now I help other South Asian women do the same.

“
SOME kind WORDS
“
The only coaching space where I didn't have to explain my culture before I explained my problem. That was a game changer for me. Meghann helped me grow into someone I actually recognise.
I had spent fifteen years thinking the problem was me. Too quiet. Too considered. Not assertive enough. She was the first person to say: no. The system misread you. And your culture and your story was never the obstacle, it was always the asset. I left every session feeling more like myself than I had in years. And more dangerous in the best possible way.
I've sat through more leadership programs than I can count. Every single one told me to speak up more, build my profile, own my expertise. Good advice. Completely useless delivery because not one of them understood why I couldn't. Meghann was the first. She didn't just see the professional problem. She saw where it came from. Three months later I'm leading differently. Not louder, not performing, just more fully myself. The promotion followed. But honestly, that's not even the part that matters most.
