I'm Meghann. Indian-Australian. An Executive and Communications coach, backed by a Master's in Communications and twenty years in corporate communications supporting CEOs and executives across global financial organisations.

For most of this, I built visibility for everyone but myself. The barrier was never skills. It was the cultural story we were handed about who gets to take up space. Once I understood that, I stopped shrinking and started leading as the real me. Now I help other South Asian women do the same.
